Une porter houblonn\u00e9e, o\u00f9 des houblons menthol\u00e9es venaient donner la r\u00e9plique \u00e0 des malts torr\u00e9fi\u00e9s pour une bi\u00e8re chaleureuse mais rafra\u00eechissante.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 6 ans de bons et loyaux services, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;arr\u00eater de brasser cette bi\u00e8re, pour proposer une nouvelle bi\u00e8re d&rsquo;hiver en 2022. Nous <a href=\"https:\/\/deck-donohue.com\/blog\/projet-barriques-100-jours\/\">privil\u00e9gions d\u2019habitude les barriques de vins<\/a> mais savons faire des exceptions\u00a0: la barrique de cognac utilis\u00e9e pour Makkuro XO nous venait de nos amis d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/audemus-spirits.com\/\">Audemus Spirits<\/a>. Les bases de Makkuro sont toujours l\u00e0, davantage r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es par ce lent \u00e9levage en barrique. Un caract\u00e8re torr\u00e9fi\u00e9, des notes de noix fra\u00eeche et une pointe de fraicheur menthol\u00e9e.
